What where the camera settings; ie. shutter speed, aperture? Or is it just set on night portrait on a tripod?

F/8, 1/13 sec, 22 mm, Aperture priority, ISO-3200, Hand-held.

Full shot is much, much better, I like it. The background is absolutely gorgeous, and having your daughter in the shot adds some human interest. Nicely done.

I use several apps. In this one I used The Gimp and Image Analyzer.
