One of my favourite creche for husbands is by the bank of the Ouse whilst local management choses a winter outfit in town.

Toddlers are introduced to feeding the birds - and grandparents are not adverse to making sure they have some bread handy.

The pack gathers

This one up on the quay stayed by my side looking ever hopeful.

With the ever watchful eye of a gull.

All in all a pleasant time waiting . . . and I didn't spend a thing!

Looks like a gorgeous day, and spending it in view of that picturesque bridge, with the photogenic swans interacting for your amusement, was surely fun.

I especially like the closeup of the swan. Nicely done!
