not working for me. if you pulled a artistic off just the cart maybe. if you had the cart dead center in the frame in a nice big open space looking lonely maybe.
the perspective and placement of the cart isn't really working, least for me. the lighted sign in the background is pulling my eyes up there too as it is brighter than the cart, which i actually would say was a good thing if the cart was lonely and forgotten really out in the middle of a empty space.
