Lol, nice capture... The out of focus grass at the front of the image is a lil distracting, but I guess you can't do much to fix that..

Really nice capture here - and interesting pose/action scene with great sharpness - I think you got your shutter speed almost perfect - a little faster might have helped, but as in all cases like this there is often never the time to change.
Colours are working well too though I have to agree that the foreground is a little distracting, but also agree that it was nothing you could really have dealt with and still got that low down angle on the bird
