I think I would like this shot more WITHOUT the car, but that could be because it's OOF and doesn't seem like the focal point.

Try this photo again much later in the day when light from windows and street lights start to illuminate the scene.

Be careful with the angle of your camera. The buildings appear to be leaning slightly to the right.
