Sigma 150mm

Finally got to take some shots with a lens I bought from Aaron ... Sigma 150mm f/2.8 APO Macro DG HSM OS.

Though it is not a Sony lens, I thought I would make a comment about it.

Took it to the zoo and shot everything with it ... thought I did not enable the OS as I had SS turned on.
The lens does focus hunt sometimes, but it is very responsive and quick.
IQ is excellent, even wide open.

This shot is a 100% crop.

I needed to replace two lenses that I used to have when I shot with Canon MF ... a good macro and a fast telephoto.

I think this lens a little better than the IQ of the Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 (old one) which is also an excellent lens.
