Sigma lens not autofocusing

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, so sorry in advance.

Anyways, the autofocus on my Sigma 70-200mm II hasn't been working for some time. The motor seems to be dead or disabled as if it's locked in manual. I've tried flicking the switch several times, re-mounting... nothing.

For the record, I'm using an Olympus E-330. All other lenses work fine. I haven't had the chance to test it on another body as there doesn't seem to be any Four-Thirds DSLR distributors in my city. :/

It hasn't been working for at least two years now, and I'm pretty sure the warranty has expired. Any suggestions?

Wait another two years perhaps it starts to work.
I had a simillar problem with sigma 10-20. Took me quite a long while to get it repaired(service was delaying all the time). Then it acted up again and i was lucky that i got it replaced with a new one.It took a lot of convincing to get it replaced.

Autofocus lenses are terrible when manually focused. Get it repaired or sell it.

Have you tried cleaning the contacts ?

@timethief: Great, my other Sigma is a 10-20.

@Nod: No, but I doubt cleaning will help it any. The motor is simply not working.

I guess I'll be sending it to Sigma then. How much do you reckon they'd charge? If it's any more than $200 I'll just sell it.
