I went into a feed store the other day to get something and saw this sign at the front desk. At first glance I was a little confussed because West Virginia allows baiting. Then I read the whole sign.

I,m not really sure who the original creator was but there are others on the market with the same wording but a little different makeup. An internet search revealed a lot of novelty sellers carry them.
