A little bit of long exposure...

Beautiful shot :)

Great shot, I love waterfalls.

When I ready 'Silky Water' I expected something like this or this. I think of the long-exposure water shots more as 'powdery'. Maybe that's just me though.

Beautiful photo :)

can i ask: when you're doing a longer exposure to capture something like that, how do you avoid the trees showing movement (blowing in the wind and whatnot)? is that even avoidable? i guess it's a matter of long enough to show the water moving, but short enough to capture the rest of the stuff in focus.

did i just answer my own question?

:)

beautiful shot, by the way.

Wow this is very beautiful indeed, looks like a perfect place to mediate or even take a dip.

@punch, that would be unavoidable simply because when the shutter is open and anything that moves will be blurred.

i love this. beautiful in every way. was a ND filter used with this shot?

Judging by the thick for the lack of a better word 'forestry' id say no ND filter was used but i could be wrong

HI Davor. I used a B+W 6-stop ND filter, f/22, ISO 100. Exposure was only 10 seconds because the sun was really up at around 12 noon. However, there was one thing I wasnt able to do here. I forgot to install the CPL thus the glare on some of the leaves....
