good pictures but i was talking to my photography teacher and the funny thing is you can get arrested for having so called "child porno" but once you go to court nothing would happen but its a pain. It was in some magazine i think and it does happen. interesting huh?

I have several friends that work for photo labs... This is NOT what is considered child pornography! The ones they turn people in for are in a completely different nature than these photos. No one would consider arresting the owner of these images. Babies without shirts on are in magazines.

I kinda wondered about that comment! Child porn are kids and adults in the act of sexual lewdness! Im FAR from that! This little girl had a diaper on and at the least a little tutu skirt! She dressed up in a little fairy outfit and a Tinkerbell Halloween costume as well...how can that be considered anywhere near porn? Both her parents were no less than 2 feet away at any given moment as werll..Im a little perplexed! Those that know me on this site knowt hat Porn is NOT my style!

I wouldn't worry about it. It's hardly pornography. Personally anyone who sees anything but a cute kid in a costume with those photos may be the troubled one. I don't mean that in a rude manor, it was just such a strange thing to me for someone to see a 'red flag', or a need for such a warning for child pornography in those pictures.
