Small nesting Chickadee - C&C Please!

Here's a little guy that we were following for a few days. There were two of them preparing a nest in a tree, and we had the perfect vantage point!

Nice looking bird. And the frame adds to your image. I also like the b&w. I'd put a little highlight in his eye--this would add some life to him. And I'd like to see the photo larger.
