That looks awfully familiar. Isn't that the Natural Bridge not far off the Virginia section of the BRP. Somewhere between Humpback Ridge and Peaks of Otter. I've got a similar shot, but you had a much kinder weather day. The slight ambiguity of your thread title is that the small waterfall is an easy ~1/2 mile trek upstream.
