The first one is interesting, although the focus is off and the ice crystals in the upper right corner are a little distracting, but I really like the second! Good composition, exposure and focus. I might darken the upper left a little, but otherwise I don't think I would touch it.

Frost & Iron I suggest.

Both could do with a brightening.

The snow looks dull, dingy and lifeless. So I copied them and hit them with 50-100 on the brightness scale in Photoshop Elements 5.0. I think they look more like they would have in real life after I did that.
