The blur added in post prduction really throws this off. Instead of looking for the fisherman I'm trying to see why things are looking wonky. And the conversion to B&W ( since this is the B&W section it's posted in) does not look right, I see way too much cyan and brownish/tan.

Hmm, I assume the colour cast was caused by the scanner ? It probably did not know what to do with C-41 B&W film.

The fisherman is getting lost in the surroundings.

Tony, I was on the fence with the blur but you are probably right... and yes, it came off the scanner that way, most of my C-41 shots seem to have a color cast.
