If you're going to fake shallow depth of field or TS I'd work on the technique a bit and think about the planes of focus so they look realistic - also consider the depth of your focal plane and how stuff further from it would be more out of focus, and make sure you do a better blurring job than you've done here - real lenses don't create gaussian blurs. As it stands it just looks like a poor instagram shot, though I do see the potential haunting nature of an empty playground.
