Nice closeup photos. Crits:

No1: Dont like the leaves and branches intruding on the right hand side.

No2: You cut off the a$$ feathers

No3: Pitty about the shadow running across the face.

No4: I would prefer the entire face and mouth in focus.

Just being very critical here but dont get me wrong I do like the photos!

The third one (the flamingo) is my fave....I don't mind the shadow too much as you can see a bit of the branch that's being shadowed, and it doesn't interfere with the eye. (Of course, ideally the shadow wouldn't be there)

Thanks for the response. You're critiques are the same one's that I noticed. I tried to clone the branch out in #1. I got rid of one, but no luck with the remaining branch (the worst one).

Thanks for your comments. The flamingo is my favorite out of the group too. I have mixed feelings about the shadow.
