For ID, I use Google Lens (and comments from others!). The yellow butterfly is a cloudless sulphur.

Sweet butterfly shots! iNaturalist is a wonderful program. I use their Seek app for a lot of identification. The yellow one is a Large Orange Sulfur butterfly. We have a lot of Sulfur butterflies around here.
