love the first one with the snow background

#1 is epic cool

great shots all round. Good work mate

ammmazing; the first image is a good example to show how theories become invalid on some occasion; there is only positive space in the image!!!

Regards :D

I agree with all the comments on the first photo. It's really amazing!

Just awsome.

I'm partial to #1, love the way you used the negative space.

There all amazing though.

#1 is frame worthy for sure! Great job , how did you capture the image? Were you just hiking or did you have an igloo?

Love the first one, im assuming you're shooting this with at least 200mm?

Thanks everyone!

Believe it or not, I captured it out the window along the road, and framed in the compositon I liked with the bunch of grass. I shot it at 375mm on my 100-400, and +1EV to compensate for the snow.

Like the fox shot. I would try a version by erasing the brush out to make it look as if the shot was taken in a photo studio.

A side question. Were you just driving by or did you stay over night there? I've always wondered if I will be able to get accommodation at Yellow Stone in the winter.

i like the first one... i would frame that one in a heartbeat

I considered cloning out the grass, but decided that it helps to anchor the scene. I was just driving through, I only live about 80 miles from the north & west entrances. So I go often.
