I like the monochrome quite a bit, but it could use some lightening of the cars on the near side.

I didn't even notice that!! D'oh - here's an updated edit of that one.

I also like the repost but instead of changing the who photo's exposure you might want to use a brush tool in lightroom or a mask in photoshop so that the mountains and the forground stay a dimmer exposure. I feel like the repost is a little bright and that those two elements could be fine tuned

Wow, what a beautiful looking place! I really like all these shots, particularly #1 & #3. I can't help but feel like #2 is slightly skewed? Like you were stood slightly to an angle when you took the shot maybe? Unless it's just my eyes playing tricks on me..!

Pushing too much blue on the color pix.. you can see it on the mountain on #1 and the far away tree on #3.

How do I fix the blue issue? The #3 image wasn't edited at the tree end, so was it something in the camera settings, or the cheap polarizing lens I used? Hmmm

Check you white balance... It might be off...
