Hi Everyone, I have been working for the past week or so on morning landscapes at a few locations around my home. These are four of my favorites so far. Any and all comments/critiques/suggestions are more than welcome. I am especially interested in comments on the composition and HDR technique (where applicable) of these shots.

1) This is a 3 frame HDR image taken between -2 and +2 EV.

Thank you very much!

I like number 2 the best.
In number 1 the colors are nice but it just sort of feels empty to me. I see some rocks to the right, maybe you could have recomposed to give yourself more of a mid-ground (sky being the background).

In 3, I like long exposures with with water and I think that was a good choice. The composition bothers me a bit though - the leading lines of the begin mid-frame and take you out of the picture - not really through it.

The first one is missing something IMO. The last one seems a little over edited, too saturated etc. Tone the editing in that one down a bit. 2 & 3 are very nice

They're all pretty nice I love the sky in the last one but the ground does seem a bit over processed. And I like the way the posts come almost all the way across the photo in the 2nd one

Thank you for the critiques, I fully agree about the first image, hopefully I can locate the buoy again and reshoot a better mid-ground. Also, here is an edit of #4, I brought down the global saturation a bit, and then the green and blue channels down a bit further.

Thank you so much!
