The first view here is the strongest of the bunch.

It's clear what the subject is. You placed a warm-colored subject against a cool-colored background and used selective focusing. Also, you captured the texture of the seed pods. All good things.

You might have a stronger image if you positioned the camera slightly higher so the building would not come into view.

well 3 is just a snapshot. you can't see the persons face, the flash is harsh and its blurry too. the first is probably the best, it might look better with some vingetting and stronger contrast.
