Some pics from my home made light box

hey ppl, i made a lightbox a while ago after seeing some cool shots in a photo magazine i get. the one i made is somewhat 'thrown together' but its ok, i made it for around $20NZD with off cuts of some ply wood, tin foil (reflector) and the light off the bottom of my lava lamp, i was going to put fluro tubes in it but turned out way expensive so i improvised hehe. also a piece of 'matt finish' plastic (the $20 expence ) to put over the top. took me all of about 20 mins to make and here are the results...

and yes that is my f1 car (had to shrink it down to get it on the light box )

in hindsight i probably should have closed down the apature to get the front/back of the f1 car sharp but now i know

hah i thought this thread was done and dusted yeah the light is always on, its the light that heats up my lava lamp hehe, it actually stopped working soon after i posted this.
