The high key is great, but you need some cutters/gobos on your background lights because they seem to be also acting as kickers and blowing out your cheeks resulting in loss of separation.

Agreed, they are quite good fun but too much white is making them washed out.

It is most defined to me. There is some spot that are washed out, but for a trial and error, i think they're a good start,

not a bad start. the 1st reminds of something out of a magazine from the 50s or 60s........very cool!! i just wish it was front lit better.....almost looks as if it was front lit by the on cam flash.

cutters and gobos are things that block light, eg. black foamcore. If you had used a cutter inbetween you and the background light that's obviously on your left side, you would have had more even definition on the face and jaw line, while still keeping the background dropped out.
