I really like it. However, her hand sticking out her back catches my attention probably more than it should.

Sometimes learning what a distraction is - sucks. I know it can make or break an image, but often it makes me feel a bit trivial. Ughh.

would it help if I told you that I needed to put her arm there in order to create her waistline. The dress covers her body in a non pleasing way making bulks on some places so I had to pose her this way to make her body/figure sensual and to accentuate her curves.

Yes it's very helpful; I like curves

If I am the only one that noticed, then it probably is not an issue. A quick clone would do the trick if it was an issue.

I was thinking about it because that's just a small part of her hand, should I leave it there or no... but I decided I'd rather see a small part of the hand than not seeing the hand at all

That is a romantic and dreamlike image. The dress may not be see-though, but it gives us that impression. The posing is a little ambiguous - which is a good thing, as it allows us to image all sorts of scenarios. It's an image which allows us to populate it with our thoughts. Yes, very nice.
