Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hey folks!

Well, I can only post one image at a time in my 52 Weeks project, so I thought I'd post some others from my research time in Korea via a separate thread. The landscapes here range from beautiful to dismal, but I have to say that the southern coast is absolutely gorgeous. I only wish I had a tripod with me so I could do some longer exposures.

Personally I think #5 is my favorite thus far. I'd like to hear what you think, but in any case I hope you enjoy them!

I'm liking this one, maybe a bit too contrasty for my personal tastes, but I like it. Mind describing what adjustments were made? I'm guessing a graduated filter with .6 stops down, upped saturation, and upped contrast?

Edit: Now that I look at it and see the slight halos around the mountains (quick edit I know) I'm guessing just a heavy burn brush and upped Sat.

Sure. No grad. Added structure all over and yes, slight bump in sat and contrast. More important, imo is cropping out some of the bottom. A little dark leading in, instead of a lot.

Great, ill give it a go this evening. Just to make sure I'm on the same page, what do you mean by adding "structure"? Are you just referring to bringing out more detail in the sky etc?

Not that it matters, but your photos really impress me. I was looking at your 52 week project and it left me just wanting to see more of your work.

I think my favorite is #5 too, though I do wish there were more sky and a little less water at the bottom. Regardless, splendid indeed!

Thanks, I really appreciate it and I'll try to keep it up! :)

I didn't pull in too much more sky simply because the cloud detail ended right out of frame, leaving not much but a boring sky above. At least that was the logic haha. That said, I do think the edit posted finds a happy medium. I'll see what I come up with when I reprocess it this evening (tomorrow morning for everyone in the US).

From Nik Collection, Viveza. Yes, detail. Maybe too much contrast as you said. Have a go. You know what you're doing.

#3 does it for me :D
