Speedlight transmitter for Nikon

I met a photographer the other day who had recently switched from Nikon to Canon (his job forced it upon him). I asked how he was liking it, and he was pretty happy. One gadget he had that had me salivating was this wireless speedlight trigger that let him control up to 15 speedlights and it also had a wicked LCD display. Link to it @ BH is below. Question is, does Nikon have anything comparable, or has anyone heard of anything in the works??

Ok, I wasn't specific enough. Does Nikon produce a comparable RADIO trigger. The Canon I mentioned is radio, the SU-800 is infrared.

I don't think so. I've read the specs on it and it says it won't work with older canon flashes including the 580ex ii. If so, that sucks. You will need all new flashes if I am correct. Still a good seeming tool. The range isn't the best but still, it's nice. Too bad it's not compatible with the older flashes.
