Some shots of birds I took in spring, walking around the woods:

Wow! Those are all good shots...although in #3 I don't like very much. It needs a bit of PP to lighten up the dark branches. It is competing with the bird. Also that twig on top of the bird's head...need to be cloned out. Just my opinion...

I was actually on your site before after reading another post, very nice and great shots on there.

A good variety in here and well taken, nice and sharp. Love the colours in these and our Yellowhammers look very similar, but also slightly different. Could just be the colouring in the different times of the year and seasons. Beautiful shot. That Penduline Tit is gorgeous !! Would love to see those, excellent fine details.

Izzie, no 3 needs some more work, I agree. I was in between if to upload it here or not.

And Nzmacro - yes, the yellowhammers are a bit different in winter, for example the males have more vivid stripes on the face. These will disappear by summer. Thanks also for visiting my blog.
