Here's a picture of a squirrel that came by my house to get some peanuts I put out. C&C please.

it looks like their was a little camera shake, but not enough to be hand held

You got some camera shake making the image a little blurry. 1/15 shutter speed is way too slow for a focal length of 250mm. Basic rule of thumb for hand held shots is to use a shutter speed roughly the same as the focal length you're using...in this case you would shoot this at 1/250 or faster.
