Immediate reaction is it is too "over-colored." This doesn't necessarily mean oversaturated as much as too many colors to make any one segment or piece stand out from its peers.

I kind of like the colors, although I might tone them down a bit, along with the contrast. It needs a little straightening (tilted to the left).

A little "pasteling" of the colors and a bit of distortion control...always hard to tell...

I really like that second edit. It's an interesting shot, maybe a bit too busy for my taste though. As in, too much going on ... esp. textures.
