Stairwell

I like it and think you did a great job on the crop. Although I am not sure I am sold on seeing your feet. Nice shot for having to lean out over the railing.

Nice job minus the feet. Kinda stagnant, though. Tilt it!

Thanks much. I need smaller feet or longer arms.

I like the tilting idea.

Giving it a tilt makes it a little more alarming of a perspective. When it's straight it's very static and doesn't give you quite the same off-kilter feel.

Here's mine as an example (hope you don't mind my sharing):

Don't mind you sharing at all. I didn't have a wide enough angle to make the tilt work for me. I added some clouds to my image just because.

I am getting dizzy ! I think it means that the shot is great. BTW, do you have sooo long arms ? Or you used a broomstick to get your camera to the center of this stair well ?

Do you live in the same building ?
Your take is totally different, no more this dizzy feeling, but it is something for the frame and wall.

Mike, you actually do have enough room to tilt it. You'll notice you have a big block of space on the right and a bit on the left as well. Notice that the posts in mine are very close to the edge. You'd be surprised what you can do.

Timor, I was working in this bldg and I widened the image so the well looks bigger than it was.
This was taken with my work camera, $69 Nikon CoolPix L27.
All my images are taken with cheap point and shoot cameras.

Good shot I like it darkened , makes it look scary like.

And you are a great photographer with some amazing images....

Thanks, Brib. A very nice thing to say.
