Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
This was my first engagement session. I had a blast. I want hard C&C though, please. Since it was my first, I know I could improve on a lot. I got to use my new 50mm and that was awesome. It was difficult to manual focus when I'm so used to autofocus but I still got some decent shots off it. So here you go.

1 I really like the exposure, Just would have liked it if he was smiling.
2 The color looks off in a bad way. To pink/purple.
3 Nice idea but would like to see there faces or JUST their hands
4 My Favorit of the bunch other than his pants are low or his sweater is short.
5 I dont think the Woman will like that photo of herself. Sort of right up her nose. And he looks like do I have to kiss her. Maybe would have been better 2 seconds latter.
6 Just ok. Not very interesting composure.

On the upside I think your dangerously close to being good.

1) I Like this shot it has nice colour. I would like to see it in an 8X10 Crop, a bit tighter might make this the shot IMO.
2) I like the idea of this shot Nice brick wall and old wood, but the colour is off and it looks a bit soft to me. I would have turned their heads just a little toward the camera put in a bit more light with a reflector especially on his face
3) I like this one, good line, shape and form.
4) My problem with this one is his face, he is pressed a little to hard against her it is pressing on his cheek. As well he seems out of focus
5) The need to be a bit closer for this pic to work and it is out of focus.
6) This one seems out of focus as well.
With a bit more work with the 50mm any you will be fantastic!

Thanks for the critique. I've corrected the color on #2 in the original, thank you for pointing it out. I had a hard time getting him to smile at all. He's embarassed by his teeth so he tries not to smile. :(

Thanks. I really appreciate this kind of critique. You've given me lots to think about and definately new things to strive for next time. Thanks!

Thanks Kelly. I appreciate that. I really like #1 too. I think I'm most proud of how sharp it is when I was manually focusing!
