hmm...I'm having trouble picking a subject. There seems to be too much clutter. My recommendation would be to open your aperture as wide or almost as wide as you can go, and focus on the wagon or statue, so as to try to blur the rest of the background. Of course, this would probably only work if you can open the aperture to 1.4 or so and get closer to the wagon. Just my opinion.
