This was the result of a freak wind storm. There's a maxim that says there's no such thing as bad publicity. I think this an exception to the rule. I offered the photo to the local paper, but they didn't use it, most likely because the developer was a large advertiser. Can't say I blame them. A potential customer might not appreciate the irony.

The lens flattened the scene's dramatic light. Simply adding general contrast didn't work, so I brightened just the sign. I wanted make sure the eye was drawn to the sign other wise the viewer might miss the point.
