Can't say I like it. For several reasons, but mostly it just doesn't have a nice aesthetic, to me at least.

It has a cold, wintery, sort of "Yeeech!" kind of aesthetic. Probably kind of what you were going for. The neatest things to me is the curved light pole! That little bit of oddness is what I like the most about this scene and shot.
