listen i dont care what it says... fact is i had a picture with a liscence plate and they took it down...

I believe the issue is whether the license plate is exposing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). So if we're talking about a random car whose license plate is visible in your photo, there's no PII there; it's no different than that same random car driving around in public, as others have mentioned.

However if you can link a specific person to a specific license plate, then you're beginning to cross over into PII territory and issue gets much more sensitive.
