It looks busy, but not in a good way, in a messy way. I don't think having the pole centered helps with that. I think things that are centered need to have more symmetry.
The trees in the background are distracting. Maybe getting a little lower would have helped.
It seems like the lighting is off but I'm not very strong in the area myself so I have a hard time saying what it is.
