Hosting on that site is poor. Load times are exponentially long. Basic site structure. Not worth $200 IMO when you could make that for free yourself.

The hosting on this site is amazing, I have been with the company for several years and NEVER had an issue. Site might be a little slow due to the high res images that initially load, but once loaded load time are perfect for the viewer. Average load time is about 2 .5 seconds. And most people would not know how to make a site like this themselves.

Besides. I am willing to move the site over to another host if necessary, set it up, add photos for the buyer, add content for the buyer, install a payment system and more. $200 is a very fair price..

domain names are cheap and easy to set up, and plenty of sites have easy to use templates, many specifically for photography.

Well I'm on my company's computer.. with really high speed internet as we are responsible for executing trades etc and speed does matter to us.. and the load time was +45 seconds. Thinking it was just a one time issue, I closed out and re-loaded the website, same thing.

It's a simple enough design for a website, it's not tacky or anything. I'm just not impressed by it. And I just re-loaded again.. load time was well over half a minute.

like i said initial load time is a bit slow due to the high res image currently on the site. The images ca be optimized to load faster, but the quality will obviously dwindle. It loads for me with a clear cache in under 5 seconds. Not sure why its slow for you. However once the images have loaded page loads and refresh rates are reduce greatly.

It is a rather simple layout, but the full screen background slideshow is becoming quite popular, and if someone likes the site, I will set it up for them if not then that's fine too.
