I don't get it.

I can't piece it together either, I think one could interpret it a couple different ways or not at all . Here are some possible interpretations

1. Visual arts is a one way street.
2. There is only one correct way to do visual arts.
3. My way of visual arts is the one correct way.
4. ?? Etc
