I like them; very subtle and understated which I think can be nice. The first would have to be my favorite of the two.

These are too dark for me. I would have liked to have seen some more detail in the clouds in the first one. I am also a bit surprised that there isn't more colour in the clouds in the first one. Is that because of the altitude that this picture was shot at?

I agree with the above in that these are slightly too dark.

The sunset photo needs to take place about 10-15 minutes sooner and and the sunrise about 10-15 min later. That or a 30sec long exposure.
