I would prefer a faster shutter so the water looks like water & not plastic.

I like the second image best.

It might just be me but I like a little more contrast and color so I did a couple of quick edits.

I adjusted the blacks level, contrast, exposure, sharpness, vibrance, and saturation.

this one I punched the vibrance a little more, might be too much.

I edited the images I posted earlier. After looking at them some more, they did look kind of flat. Maybe these are a bit better?

Hi Ron,

My thought was to use a slower shutter to show the motion of the waves. Maybe a bit faster shutter would help.

Thanks for the edits. This location is in Sea Bright, NJ. It's a nice area and only about 1 hour away from me. I use this location for testing.

I added my own edits. What do you think?

I like the edits better. For me though, I think you either need a much faster shutter speed or a slower one. Its in between now giving it that plastic look that Ron Evers pointed out.
