Really pretty light! I would clone out that one rock or shell that's dead center - it really draws the eye away from the good stuff. Just my humble opinion.

Beautiful scene and composition is pretty spot on. How did you process it? there's a kind of softness about this shot, a little bit of banding (maybe light flare) and the mid tones look a touch grey to me like you've done an HDR then noise reduction a little too strong which has reduced the clarity giving a foggy or "dreamy" look.

Ironically I had been looking through my old images and thought I was going to heavy on the clarity and the saturation so I deliberately cut back on the clarity, texture and saturation to create this sort of look. I also messed with the curves a bit. Perhaps went to soft with this one.

Thanks. Now that you mentioned it I can't not see that rock lol. I will definitely have to get rid of it.

Looking now on my phone I don’t notice it but on my large monitor it was very distracting.

Really nice, as stated before color and composition really make this shot something special.

I liked the dreamy look.

Very nice done! The light, the composition, the colors look natural and I especially like how mother nature has made beer can holders in that rock! :trink39:

Absolutely amazing shot. I have never been to the US, but this really reminds me of where "Californication" is recorded...which I guess is California? :)
Thanks. This was taken at Watermans Bay, Perth, Western Australia. Though Perth has been likened to San Diego [emoji846]
