thanks! yeah x__x couldn't avoid the noise too much, I didn't have much control over things.
This pic was taken from a while ago with my first old ancient clunky point and shoot digital camera, those ones when digital cameras just came out.

Great scene!

I removed noise with Noise Ninja, straightened a bit, then I used a NiK plugin to add some polarization, and finally I cropped to 10x10.

It is difficult to avoid noise in low light with small sensors as with your old Canon Powershot S500 you used for this in 2006. Although I shoot Nikon now, my first decent digital camera was a Canon Powershot S30. Your Nikon D90 would have done the trick!
