I'm not much of a tree guy, but pines are mostly planted in large areas to fulfill legal requirements. I believe this farm specializes in home and office business. Elm and Live oak for shade. Maybe some Magnolia, Dogwood, Crape Myrtle for something with flowers, and pear, apple, apricot, peach... But I only ever see this place while driving by or with the drone so I'm not sure.
