Yes, very luckily that seagull got into your photo!!!
Though it flew too fast ... I feel the whole picture would have been even better balanced if it had still been a bit over to the right.
But alas! that's not always so plannable, and birds fly just like THEY want to and not like what would be best for The-Photographer-On-The-Beach!
