Sunset pier

Like many photographers I'm a sucker for a sunset, though I've (almost) stopped apologising for it! This one shows the North Pier at Blackpool, Lancashire, with pools on the beach left by the departing tide.

Thanks for the comments folks. This shot was taken at the end of a long walk on the promenade. The odd looking pools caught my eye as well as the colour, so I thought I'd try a shot.
