Sunset Timelapse Woes

Hi all,

I'm mostly a videographer so I'm pretty new to HDR, but I'm using photomatix 4.2.4 for making a timelapse and I'm running into a few problems. First is that the batch processing seems to mix up the order. It jumps from 99 straight to the thousands ( I think 1002?). The files are in numerical order in the host file. I've heard many different things about the exif files and at this point i'm thinking to just split the batches before and after 99 and put them together in Premier.

Second is just the problem of an over-saturated sun flare that looks pink.

I'll go out to re-shoot these today, but any help is appreciated!
