Adding to the first post...
The above image and the following two have taken short time apart. These are street photography photos, however, not candid shots.

There are the times in which I wish to take a photograph of a situation without impacting the outcome, while at other time (such as these photos) in which I deliberately seek the interaction which will result in capturing a moment which would not have happened otherwise. Since I am not a journalist, I find that I enjoy capturing these kind of photos more than when the photo a pure depiction of what has transpired.

I would like C&C about these photos as well as your take on the candid verses none-candid photos.
