The water background looks flat and boring.
Also the lead turtles back looks a little funny, too bright compared to the rest of the scene.

I re-processed the image from scratch and gave it a glow mask as well I am more happy with the result now.
the original one I had done was blown out thanks for the honesty & critiques

I like the look of your -2 shot best. HDR doesn't work in favour of your image here. I'd try processing an individual image (-2 or 0) and dodge and burn...
