Tbourida - the mock warfare troup of the King of Morocco

I just returned from 2+ weeks in Morocco and had the opportunity to shoot pictures of the official cavalry troop (Tbourida)of the King of Morocco.

There was heavy fog that made the shooting difficult and made non-traditional processing necessary but some decent photos resulted.
Much of the morning involved these 11 guys charging directly their horses at us but I liked this shot.
BTW, these horses are all stallions, big, strong and argumentative with each other.

What an adventure you must have had! I hope it was a wondrous getaway.
This is a lovely image that certainly tells a story- but I am sure you already knew that.

Was the lighting/fog a bit of luck, or just average weather out there?
