The crop at the wrists in the first is a big awkward, I think I'd crop in even more from below now, so it'd go through his lower arms, maybe ... other than that I like the first best of all because its eyes are so expressive, a deep colour, and the background is nicely blurred.

That said I must add that the portrait is also quite impressive and nicely focused. Very detailed fur to be seen around its face.
